    1. Normally exercise is something we do in the morning and it's good in the morning. However, personally I prefer exercise in the evening. With my experience, evening is my best time for exercise because I am already done for the day. I am not going to take in anything and i feel more relaxed, fresh and very light when I do my exercise in the evening, between 6pm to 8pm. So it depend on you. Your best time could be morning.
