I met a young lady who is in her early forties with a very huge DREAM, but she is still struggling to realize her dreams. When I asked her why she isn't making any effort to work on her dreams, she told me she have no financial back up and no one to assist her.
In my best, I told her expressly that she doesn't need support SYSTEM if she really want to live her dream. I personally do not believe that not having money or physical support system can stop you from living YOUR dream.
The fact is that, ABILITY is a natural endowment. It is something that has been given to us already. You don't need anyone to help you live your dream. All you need is to discovered what is inside of you, understand it, and identify the necessary things you need for it and the pathways to take.
Ability has a very predictable pattern. If you understand it, you can work it out by developing great faith. It's already inside of you. It's something you can do natural or meditate on easily without missing any important point. Again, she said that POVERTY is one thing that has really dealt with her.
But come to think of it, is poverty really a BARRIER to fulfilling purpose? Poverty according to Dictionary.com is "the state or condition of having little or no money, goods, or means of support; condition of being poor." Poverty is a thing of the mind. It has nothing to do with money, food, or not having roof over your head.
POVERTY is when you have a dream yet you are not living a happy life. The most amazing thing that can HAPPEN to you is to tape into your divine purpose. Once you can identify, you can work it out.
However, failure to work out YOUR dream is what I classify as POOR. Because whatever gift we have been given maketh rich and add no sorrows. If your gift is what will make you rich in life, what then are you waiting for? It simply means that you don't NEED money to start YOUR dream. All YOU need IS to get started with what you have INSIDE of you, then you FAITH it.
Faithing your dreams means believing that God who inspired you will make it a reality. You just need faith, it will work out. Faith is the substance or assurance of things we hope for, but have not yet received. When you hope for it, you move with it, even if you haven't seen the results, you just keep moving and do not backslide.
YOU have to believe that you are able to do it through the help of God and then take a step. When you faith your DREAM, it means that you believe strongly that God who gave you the ABILITY is already working on YOU.
Now, take a step. Joel A. Barker Said "VISION without action is merely a dream. Action without vision just passes the TIME. Vision with ACTION can change the world." Note this, It is the work of your hand that will be blessed, not the money. So do the work and get the blessings.
Now, there are factors that prevent people from faithing their dreams in life. Here are two points below.
1. FEAR.
Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by wrong or false IMAGINATION. A lot of people are so scared of delving into their DREAMS because they are not sure of it or they don't want people to laugh at them. For some, the thought of failure is the reason they don't want to try at all. They FEAR that they will fail and people will mock at them.
This ideology has made so many poor in life without them realizing the harm they have caused for themselves and the society. Many talents and gifts are locked up in a gift pack called FEAR. Not until the pack is wide open, the dream remains dormant and unproductive.
Little wonder, reason late Dr. Myles Munroe said, "the graveyard is full of many great men and women who never became GREAT because they did not GIVE their ability RESPONSIBILITY." Kill that Fear and face your REALITY.
We are not given the SPIRIT of FEAR but that of SOUND mind. Human thinking can be so biased and distorted with human emotion and false premises. If we don't think from a positive side of life, how do we get right what we need to do? Active the spirit of FOCUS in you and hand over your dreams to God who gave them to YOU.
2. IGNORANCE.
Ignorance is a lack of KNOWLEDGE about a thing. People perish for lack of UNDERSTANDING. In a world where everything is almost possible to get, why would anyone still want to be in the dark? However, some people are still very ignorant about everything. Knowing how effective and useful social media is today, a lot still believe that without money or assistance from someone they can't live their dream.
You can do it YOURSELF. Just believe in what you have and STAND up for it. When you realize that the moment you seek to start moving on PURPOSE, all other things shall be added unto you. Then YOU will know that the PURPOSE is the happiness, joy, and wealth. Every effort has a reward you know? Just take a step, be focus, determine, and be courageous.
You have to know what your DREAMS entail, your target audience, how impactful it will be to your audience, identify the external factors, and the pathways YOU will take to fulfilling them. Stop living in ignorance. Take a step already. I have noticed that what ignorance does to someone's dream is to causes SHAME. The dreamer will be ashame for nothing. Even when they know they have it, is always very difficult for them to believe in their DREAMS.
The truth is, if we can SEE the future from where we are now, a lot of people would not wait a second to start achieving their DREAMS. But because most people can not see FAR from where they are, their DREAMS end up becoming challenging until by fate they stumble into financial help, an assistance or dies with it.
You can work it out! Poverty is not a barrier to fulfilling PURPOSE. Your dreams are what will some days bring YOU out of POVERTY. All you need is to have the right IDEAS, be PATIENT, PERSISTENCE, FEARLESS, and PRAY. FAITH your dream and take a STEP!
