HOW TO TREAT IDEAS.

I spoke with some people in order to find out what their opinions are on “How To Treat Ideas.” Honestly, I was taken aback by their responses and with what they said, I couldn’t just stop mulling over our discussion over and over again.

Now, my question is how do you treat ideas? Let’s start with the explanation of the word ‘Treat.’ Most times when am sad or not feeling okay, I usually treat myself with a cup of coffee. Naturally, coffee has a feel that makes me calm.

When we treat ourselves is either we want to look good or take a treatment on something. However, the question is how to treat ideas. Innovation is the only way to keep a business or an organization standing. It is important you know that simply generating lots of ideas doesn’t necessarily produce good ones.

Everyone is capable of being creative, yet not everyone is creative. The fact is that when you absorbed a new idea, Treat it Like a New Born Baby. Ideas can come from anything. Whichever, when you get one, Treat it like you know that if you don’t handle it with care you may loose it.

Sometimes it is important to have people involved in the ideation process but not all the time. Is not all ideas you share with people and if for any reason you have to share your ideas be sure that the person you are going to share with is a Vision Driver, a Goal Getter, and someone who really understand what it means to support another.

If you treat your ideas like a new born baby, you will not only understand how to bring it to reality, you will also identify through processes what the idea is really about, how to work around it, the value it will add to you and others, the other ingredients you may need to help it materialize, the right people to speak with about it and the right place it is meant to function.

Believe me, ideas are expensive. Be grateful if you can conceive one. Not everyone has the ability to conceive an idea. Hmmm, it has really been a long ride. A toast with coffee guys. Have a fun sweet day.
