“Unforgiveness becomes bitterness, which leads to persistent anger, which locks one in a private cage affecting all the individual’s relationships.” The ideology of slaying giants is a choice. We all make choices in life but some times we fail to realize that there are actions we take in life that will catch up with us in the future.
Naturally, of course, we get angry and act base on the situation. I personally, usually do not get angered easily, but when someone do something I don’t like, the thing is that I might not complain or say anything. When situations arises again and you start telling lies, that is when you get me angry and I must react.
However, is getting angry and reacting negatively the best way to handle situations? No. We are humans, so anything is possible. No matter what, we can work on ourselves. You keep fighting with people around you, keep creating enemies, and keep growing hatred. There is a need for you to look within yourself and ask yourself questions.
You feel that you are too big or nobody can talk to you or correct you, believe it, you are not ready to move forward in life. Leadership is not gotten by force, arrogance, jealousy, or bitterness. Leadership is a call and is divine. Everyone that must be a leader must first be a servant. If you do not know how to serve, you can not lead.
God does not entrust valuable and important tasks to arrogant people. Jealousy, Arrogance, Hatred, Bitterness, Evil is not an attribute of a Leader. If you don’t have the call to lead, and you love too, you can earn it by humility and serving first. To lead is for you to understand the need to impact into others. It is called submission.
Handling situations in life, one rule of life you must know is to understand that we are different in nature, wired to operate differently and to perceive things differently. A Person that is not open to change, does not have any important thing to impact into others.
The only thing such individual will be consumed with is, self pride, jealousy, arrogance and ignorance. Because people work under you, you don’t want them to be better than you or you don’t want than to grow more than you or do what you do, please if you are like that take that demonic nature out of you. You are not God and can not direct God on how to work on an individual.
Treat everyone equally and love others the way you love yourself. Anger, jealousy, and unforgiving, is a wasted energy to carry and a fruitlessness seed to plant. Change begins with a renew mind.
